1cupPasteurized egg white
100gSugar
270-300gMixed berries. (eg. strawberries raspberries blueberries or blackberries)
3dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Berries / meringue trifle

To prepare the Berries / meringue trifle recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start making meringue dough.
Set the oven to 130 degrees.
Whip egg whites stiff and whip the sugar for a little while.
Make a big meringue and behind them approx. 30-40 min or until it is golden.
Whip the cream of whipped cream and taste with vanilla.
Knit / chop the dough into pieces that are appropriate for your choice of glass.
Start by pouring a little of the marcel into the bottom of the glass first, put a little berry over and a little whipped cream, continue until the glass is filled and put aside. If there are more berries left, a pair on top.
Can be put on hold for a couple of hours before guests arrive, but should definitely not be done a day in advance.

tips:
If you do not have time (or desire) to bake a meringue from the bottom, you can easily buy 2 marble bases in the supermarket and chop it roughly. If these "layers" are not available, the whipped cream, berries and marengs can be mixed in a large bowl and then spread on glass. A healthier alternative to the whipped cream could be Greek yogurt, but there is no need to put vanilla in.
