1000gGreen beans
2tbspBønneurt (thyme and/or parsley may be used)
400gSmoked pork four thick slices
500gPEAR small firm ones
500gSmall potatoes

To prepare the Birnen Bohnen Speck (Bulb beans and pork) recipe, please follow these instructions:

NIP and wash beans and cut them into about 5 centimeters long pieces. Peel the potatoes, it is big potatoes cut in small pieces. Wash the pears, they must not peeled or cut something from. Chop the herbs finely.
