1Eggs
1tbspLukent water
1tbspSugar
1tspVanilla sugar
100gMargarine
150gWheat flour
25gYeast
25gRaisins

Instructions for Birthday Stang

To prepare the Birthday Stang recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. The yeast is poured into the water (in a bowl)
2. Margarine crumbles in the flour (in another bowl)
3. Add water / yeast, sugar and egg and lightly knead the dough. (The dough is a bit oily but must not stick)
4. Mix the filling together or mash with a fork.
5. The dough is rolled out into an elongated plate sized a piece of a4 paper
6. Put the filling in a strip along the middle of the dough.
7. The sides fold half up above the fill.
8. The pole must raise approx. 10-15 min.
9. Brush with egg and sprinkle with pearly sugar
Bagetid: approx. 20 min. At 200 degrees.
