Instructions for Biscotti with almonds

To prepare the Biscotti with almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, sugar, vanilla, possibly. citrus peel, anise and baking soda. Collect the eggs and knead with the coarsely chopped almonds in.

Roll dough into sausages, about 2 cm. and set on wax paper. Brush with the beaten egg.

Behind them at 180 degrees c. alm. oven in 15-20 minutes.

Cut them out into the broad rule of thumb, while they are hot, and set them in the oven again at 100 degrees C. alm. oven until they are dry and crisp approx. 1 ½ hour.

Cool them on the grate and store them in an airtight Tin.
