To prepare the Black currant cake with crispy top recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the butter and sugar thickly. Whisk the egg in and turn the flour and milk in the dough, which is distributed in a small baking dish (23x33 cm) lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle black currant clean over.

Mix sugar, flour and finely grated lemon zest, chop the butter out herein and wide the groftsmuldrede mixture in addition to the cake.

Bake at 180 degrees c. alm. oven about 45 minutes, until it is crisp and golden.

Let the cake cool and cut it into squares.
