Blackberry muffins

1 Lemon, thereof
1 dl Whole milk
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
1.5 tsp Baking soda
125 g Blackberries, fresh
125 g Margarine
125 g Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Sugar
25 g Almonds, peeled
250 g Wheat flour


To prepare the Blackberry muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Crumble the fat. Add sugar and fried lemon peel. Stir milk and the eggshell eggs in.

Gently stir the blackberries sprinkled with sugar and chopped almonds.

Distribute the dough in paper form and bag them for approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
