200gFresh blackberries swept
250gMascarpone (1 cup)

Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar light and frothy. Whip mascarponen into the mix along with finely grated zest and juice of ½ Orange. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir them into the cream. Whip the cream stiff and stir it into the cream. Hugs makronerne, and favor them in 4 glass. Squeeze juice of ½ Orange. Got a layer of cream on top, and finish off with fresh blackberries. Garnish with fresh mint.
