To prepare the Blasted duck recipe, please follow these instructions:

The other dries completely, rinsed and dried. They mix salt and sugar together and with this mixture rub other well outside and inside. Put cold on a dish with the rest of the salt mixture over and over. The other is cold for 2 days, turning occasionally.

All salt is rinsed off and another packed into a dishcloth, tightly tight and firmly bonded to the ends, giving another a more blunt shape!

Bring in boiling water with peppercorns and bay leaves so it just covers and cooks under the lid for approx. 2 hours. Picked up, the dish is removed and another is ready to be party.

Served with: Vegetables, if any. Potatoes, whole buttered mushrooms, and: cream pepper
