A little salt
0.5dlCream 50%
0.5packageFresh yeast or 0.5 package dry
1tbspUnsalted butter
1cupHot milk
120gSevruga caviar or more if they want it
2Egg yolks lightly beaten
2Egg whites stiftpisket
2.5dlSour cream
3.75dlSifted flour

Instructions for Blinis demidoff

To prepare the Blinis demidoff recipe, please follow these instructions:

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in milk. Whip 2 ½ dl of flour in until it is smooth. Tyres with a clean Tea towel and set it snug in approx. 2 hours.

Beat down and stir the egg yolks, cream and flour in the last. Add salt, then flip the egg whites in. Tires again and set aside in 30-40 minutes until the dough is light and svampagtig.

Place a frying pan over medium heat and melt a little butter. Use a table spoon and form 7.5-centimeter blinis (pancakes) with the dough. Low a few blinis at a time. FRY to Golden blond by one side, then turn and fry the other side. When blinis are done, put them on an ovenproof platter or serving dish and keep warm.

By serving, arrange 3-4 blinis on each plate and top with a little creme fraiche and caviar.
