1dlWheat flour
2tbspCrème fraiche 38%
2dlWhole milk

To prepare the Blinis (pancakes) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start pouring the milk, pour a little of it into a bowl and stir the yeast out of it. Add the flour - both kinds - eggflower and the rest of the milk. Whip it into a smooth, viscous dough and flavor with creme fraîche. Let the dough rise for a couple of hours.

Whip egg whites stiff. Carefully turn the dough immediately before baking begins.

2-3 spoon dough poured on the forehead (there may be 3-4 blinds on a pan) behind them in plenty of butter. Server immediately.

Blinier served with chopped onions and crème fraîche or caviar, is a great delicacy.
