Ingredients for Blomkålgratin

Nutmeg

1Cauliflower
1.5dlWheat flour
1.5dlBoiling water from the cabbage
1.5dlWhole milk
2tbspBreadcrumbs
4Eggs
50gParmesan cheese
50gButter

Instructions for Blomkålgratin

To prepare the Blomkålgratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Part b the cabbage into small florets and boil it with salt for about 4 min and let it drain in a sieve.

Melt butter and whisk the flour in. Add milk and boil water a little at a time while you are pouring. Beat the egg yolks in and spiced with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
