To prepare the Blomkålsfrittata recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 10 minutes. Let them drain and refrigerate.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cauliflower and anchovies in 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix eggs and capers, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the cabbage flower.
