Ingredients for Blomkålsmos

Basil (fresh)
Cauliflower (small to medium)
optionalBroccoli for color
Cream
Cardamom
Nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
Pepper
Salt
Butter

Instructions for Blomkålsmos

To prepare the Blomkålsmos recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the cauliflower for leaves and cut the stem so that it is clean and tidy. Cut the stalk into slices and put the rest of the cauliflower into a saucepan. Boil 20 minutes.
Alternatively, cook 5-6 sticks of broccoli with the pot.
