1Onion finely chopped
1-2Habanero very finely chopped
2dlApple vinegar (white wine vinegar)
6-7dlBlueberries (preferably fresh but frozen is ok)

Instructions for Blueberry Habanero Chutney

To prepare the Blueberry Habanero Chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the onion, vinegar, sugar and half of the habanero calm. Simmer until the liquid is reduced to ca. 1/3.
Add the blueberries and more habanero aftertaste. Simmer 7-10 minutes more until it becomes viscous. Stir gently into the Pan, so it does not burn on. Cool off before serving.

Really good for example, fillet of chicken or steamed salmon.
