Instructions for Boar Leg

To prepare the Boar Leg recipe, please follow these instructions:

The fridge is rinsed and dipped dry. Donuts and almonds are crushed in a mortar mixed with salt, pepper and thyme, and the club is rubbed with that mixture. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees C. Alm. oven.

The soups are made and washed, the onions are peeled. Everything is cut in big tern. The legs are washed, the finished butter is cut into small pieces. All these ingredients are put in a pan. The frying pan is put in the oven (bottom). Place the fridge on the grate over it and fry for approx. 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.

The spoon slices are laid on the club, which is stepped on for approx. 2 hours at 160 degrees C. alm. oven. Along the way, some water is poured into the pan. Check the temperature of the boiler with a meat thermometer. The temperature in the center of the club should be 72 °.

Remove the fridge from the oven and put it warm.

sauce:
The stevefonden is boiled with water and wine, the grease is removed and the fund is poured through a sieve into a pan and boiled with the cream and smoothed. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper.

Serve with homemade fries and broccoli, savoy cabbage or glazed majors.
