Instructions for Boiled salmon with lemon sauce

To prepare the Boiled salmon with lemon sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make the cooking layer by pouring the water into a large pot or fish pot. Cut the peel into quarters and put it in the water with wine, bay leaf, pepper and salt.

Put the fish fillets in the pan with the meatballs, and then bring the water to the boil. Boil the fish for 30-45 minutes. Place the fish on a dish and keep it warm (under lid or silver paper). Put the meatball on a bowl and store it for the soup.

Put the potatoes on boiling water.

Make the lemon sauce by squeezing lemon and lime juice into juice. Mix meatball, wheat flour, egg yolk and half of the cusk cheese in a thickened pot. Bring the sauce to boil while whipping and season with salt and pepper and the rest of the lemon juice.

Boil the fine peas according to the instructions on the package.

Serve the salmon with potatoes, lemon sauce and warm peas.
