Instructions for Bowls in curry IIII

To prepare the Bowls in curry IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:

meatballs:
Chopped pork, onion, flour salt and pepper together into a solid lump. Then add eggs and then milk.

Bring a pot of water and broth to the boil, screw on the lowest blush and put the balls with a teaspoon or dessert. When the balls reach the surface they are finished and picked up and laid on a plate. Save the broth as it is used for the sauce.

Karry sauce:
Bring the butter in a saucepan, and when the shower comes first, the onion comes in afterwards, curry burned off - as it is called. Then add 3 tbsp. Flour and stir well - do not leave the pot. Whip and add the hot broth while stirring. Add broth and continue to whip in the sauce until it has the correct consistency. Save the rest of the bouillon if the sauce gets too thick.
Taste the sauce with salt and pepper and let it boil for a couple of minutes to get the stomach away. Round off with a spicy cream or milk.

The balls are turned in the sauce and heated up.

Serve with rice, possibly. Cook with a sweet oil to avoid sticking together.

tips:
The fathers can also be used for meatballs or leaves hair.
