Herb bouquet of 2 stems thyme, 5 sprigs of parsley, bay leaf
Pepper
Salt
½Lemon
½bottleDry white wine
1kgCalf thymus
1Leek
2Onion
2dlWhipped cream
dlLight veal broth
30gButter
4Carrots

Instructions for Braised bristles with herbs

To prepare the Braised bristles with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the bristles in cold water for 1 hour. Boil them in salted water 2-3 minutes. Rinse them immediately in cold water and remove obstacles, veins and other impurities.

Chop the onions and tear the carrots. Cut the pores well. Season the vegetables in the butter in a saucepan. Brush the brussels with wine and broth. Add the spice bouquet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let it simmer about 20 minutes.
