a littleCognac (don't need but gives a more full-bodied flavor)
a littlePicked Mint
Juice of three oranges
a littleButter
1Pineapple
2tbspAlmonds peeled and roasted
2tbspRaisins
2-3tbspCane sugar

Instructions for Braised pineapple with almonds, raisins and orange

To prepare the Braised pineapple with almonds, raisins and orange recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel and cut the top and bottom of ananassen. Cut 4 thick slices of it, Jack midden (stick) out of each slice, then you have 4 anasringe.
