To prepare the Braised wild boar recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the ham with smoked pork and brown it in butter in a thick pot with an onion cut into slices, a carrot, a stalk of celery and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. When it is browned pour a large glass of white wine and then a large glass of broth over, lay on and let the dish spin at low heat for 1½ to 2 hours depending on the weight of the ham. Lift the ham and keep it warm while jerking the sauce slightly with a buttercup or maizena stirred in water.
