Instructions for Brandy Pudding

To prepare the Brandy Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk, sugar and vanilla boil up. The egg yolks are stirred together with 25 grams of sugar, half of the milk is whipped. Eggs are whipped up in the rest of the milk and alloyed to cream consistency over low heat. The cream is added to the soaked gelatin, which is pressed out of the liquid, sieved and cooled. Add the brandy to the cooled cream, add the slightly whipped cream. The Buddies are filled into molds and hardened in the refrigerator.

Decorated with cream and served with cherry sauce.
