150gGrated Parmesan cheese
500gItalian flour (tipo 00)
6Chopped chilies (strength according to taste) fresh or dried
6.25dlLukewarm water

To prepare the Bread with chilli and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water.
Bring all the ingredients in, except the flour, mix well together.
Add the flour gradually, knead thoroughly for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the dough with a little flour and allow it to rise for approx. 40 minutes.
