To prepare the Breakfast sausage casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:

Prick the sausage in some places with a needle. Place it in a pan. Pour the water on and cook the sausage on a low heat for about 10 minutes without a lid.

Take the sausage up. Put vegetables and spices in the pot with the sausage layered on top. Deck the pan with a lid and let the Court Cook quite small in sausage soup, until all the vegetables are tender.

Take the sausage up, cut it into slices and put it back in the pan. Sprinkle plenty of parsley on just before serving.
