Instructions for Broccoli quiche

To prepare the Broccoli quiche recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: cut the cold butter into small pieces and crumble it into the flour. Add salt and water and reassemble the quick dough. Press it into a springform (ca. 22 cm in diameter). Let the batter go half way up the sides. Style it covered in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Prick the bottom with a fork and forbag the middle of oven 15 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.

Fill: cut small broccoli florets from the stem. Cut the stems into thin slices. Com broccolien in boiling water with salt. Boil it, covered, for about 1 min then let it drain in a sieve.

Whisk the eggs together and add the Quark and salt. Advantage broccolien on the pre-baked bottom, pour egg mixture over and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Bake the tart in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.

Serve with a mixed salad.
