4tbspWheat flour
4dlMini milk
400gThawed shrimp
750gBroccoli/Cauliflower mixture
8Eggs m/l

Instructions for Broccoligratin - low fat version

To prepare the Broccoligratin - low fat version recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the vegetables easily - save 3 dl. water. Whip the flour into the cold milk. Pour the mixture into a pan with the vegetable water and boil it during whipping. Cook well through. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool off a little. Leave the eggs and whip the flowers in the warm mixture, a bit at a time. Whip the whites very stiff and turn it gently in the end.
Grease a large refractory dish with butter and sprinkle it with raspberries.
Vegetables and prawns are distributed in the dish and poured over the egg mixture. Rasp and butter bubbles sprinkle over.
Bake at 175 degrees for approx. 40 min.
Do not forget to open the oven door before the gratin is completely finished.
