Brombermuffins I

1 Lemon, thereof
1 dl Whole milk
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
1.5 tsp Baking soda
125 g Blackberries, fresh
125 g Margarine
125 g Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Sugar
25 g Almonds, usmuttede
250 g Wheat flour


To prepare the Brombermuffins I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Crumble the fat in.

Add 125 grams of sugar and fried lemon peel.

Stir milk and the eggshell eggs in.

Gently stir the blackberries sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of sugar and chopped almonds. Distribute the dough into paper and bag them for approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
