2tspWhite sugar
2tspOnion powder

Instructions for Brown sauce (tasteful)

To prepare the Brown sauce (tasteful) recipe, please follow these instructions:

This sauce is a good tasteful sauce with everyday spices, which most people have in the closet.
It is very important to taste all the time as this sauce can easily become too strong in taste. Always add "too little" spices while tasting.

Use the remaining baking soda after frying for a rolled sauce. Add optional butter as the flour must be completely dissolved in roast fat / butter.
Add milk as needed, to approx. The correct thickness is found. Never pour "extra" flour directly into the sauce because it clumps.
Then pour everything from the frying pan into a saucepan.
Now add color to the sauce until it is a nice dark red brown color.
Then add the maggitern first. So curry, peppers, sugar and onion powder while constantly being cooked.
And then salt and pepper. Always remember salt at last.
The sleeping bag may be rounded with a little cream.

tips:
The dish is good for frikadeller, Danish steak, etc. It can take many attempts to get good. But it will be very good, and people will say that. I definitely do not recommend the thickness that it is so thin that it does not affect potatoes etc. But not as thick as porridge. Add color to the beginning. Then you have the right color on the sauce to start with when you are going to spice up the taste with spices. Try the various spices until you find the right mixture. But be careful when it's VERY easy to get too spicy. But then, "for the most part," it can be done with a little cream. Enjoy... ;)
