Ingredients for Brunch-pancakes

Butter for pan
0.5tspCardamom, ground
0.5tspSalt
1Eggs
1tspBaking soda
1tbspSugar
1tspVanilla sugar
150gWheat flour
2.5dlWhole milk

Instructions for Brunch-pancakes

To prepare the Brunch-pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Flour, baking powder, cardamom, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar are mixed in a bowl. The milk is poured in slowly under still whipping to the mixture is smooth. Egg whipped in.

Melt the butter in the pan. The dough is added in small blobs on the hot pan. (I wont be able to get space for 3 pieces at a time on a regular frying pan.) The pancakes are baked until brown on one side, turn over and bake finished on the other side.

Tips:
The milk may be swapped with buttermilk or freshly squeezed orange juice.
Tastes absolutely wonderful with pålægschokolade on! :-)
