Brunsviger 03

0.5 tsp Cardamom, ground
0.5 tsp Salt
2 dl Whole milk
20 g Sugar
225 g Margarine
25 g Yeast
250 g Brown sugar
350 g Wheat flour
40 g Margarine


To prepare the Brunsviger 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fat and milk lunes for approx. 35 degrees C. Ferment the yeast into the milk mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the dough. Cover the dough and allow it to rise for approx. 25 minutes.

The dough is kneaded and rolled out into a thin plate and put into the mold approx. 33x38 cm. (Not glass) and allow it to rise for 20 minutes.

Sugar and margarine are melted into a saucepan and cooled completely before pouring over the cake.

The cake is placed in a 225 degree C. alm. Oven and simmer the heat immediately to 200 degrees C. alm. oven. The cake bake for 20 minutes.
