1tspWith top vanilla sugar
100gYeast
100gMelted cooled margarine
100gSugar
2tspCinnamon
300gMargarine
5dlLukewarm water
6-7tbspLight syrup
800gWheat flour
900gDark brown sugar

Instructions for Brunsviger 08

To prepare the Brunsviger 08 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
Stir yeast into the water - add sugar, flour and melted margarine. Easily eaten everything is gathered and spread evenly into a large pan. Press deep holes in the dough (for sugar) The dough is quite soft!

Sugar Mass:
The margarine is melted in a pan and stirred together with dough, syrup, milk and cinnamon. The hot sugar paste is spread evenly over the dough.

Put in a cold oven - turn on 200 degrees and back for 20 minutes.

Raises a lot, so remember a GREAT bread pan

tips:
Better than the bakers I've made a few browns but must honestly admit that this is the best I have ever tasted !!! You have to spend a little more flour for the dough, but watch out for it very much, and have a very high baking pan. The one I use on the picture is too small: o it ends all over the oven. : P
