Ingredients for Bulgogi

½dlDark soy sauce
½tspBlack pepper
1kgVeal Tenderloin
1tbspSesame oil
1tbspSugar
dlLight soy sauce
dlWater
2tspVery finely chopped or grated ginger
2tbspSesame seed-toasted and ground/powdered
3tbspFinely chopped scallions
3tspCrushed garlic

Instructions for Bulgogi

To prepare the Bulgogi recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into thin strips (here are the super thin slices, you get the best results if you cut them on a saucer while the meat is frozen).

Mix the rest in a bowl of glass or stainless steel and turn the meat well into the marinade. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. (Like 1 day).

Heat the grill and protect the tabletop with asbestos mat or other heat shield.

At each guest, the host / hostess puts a portion of meat on the grill and fry for a short time on both sides. Deep the meat in the sauce and eat. Use chopsticks or fondue forks.

tips:
A Bulgogi is a kind of reversed wok, with a clay jar underneath, barbecue grilled and the meat is roasted / grilled on the inverted wok, these come from Korea, and are traded in Shop Asia.
