Ingredients for Bulgur salad

A large cluster of flat-leaf parsley
A large tuft Mint
Pine nuts or other nuts
The juice from the lemon 1/2
0.5Afkornet cucumber
0.5dlOlive oil
0.5Røgløg
1cloveGarlic
1Small hill cherry tomatoes
1Red bell pepper
1canTomato puree
2tbspCumin seeds
3dlBulgur (coarse or fine)
6dlChicken stock

Instructions for Bulgur salad

To prepare the Bulgur salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the bulgus in chicken stock as directed. Cool. Mix a dressing of oil, tomato paste, crushed garlic and lemon juice.

Chop tomato, pepper, cucumber and onion nicely and mix. Chop mint and and parsley and come into the vegetable mix. It's important that things are chopped nicely, so the distribution becomes even.

Shake the pine nuts until they are golden on a dry forehead.

When all things are cooled they are mixed and seasoned with salt and pepper.
