½kgRye flour
1lWhole milk
1 ½kgCoarse whole wheat flour
2tbspSalt
200gSyrup
250gChopped hazelnuts and/ell. almonds
250gSugar
250gDried raisins and/ell. apricots
300gMelted butter or margarine
500gBulgur (to possibly soaked in water ½ hour)
500gFine wheat flour

Instructions for Bulgurbrød

To prepare the Bulgurbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
