400gWheat flour

Instructions for Buns (aerated with oil) I

To prepare the Buns (aerated with oil) I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water add half of the flour and the other ingredients. Eat the dough and add the rest of the flour. The dough must raise a warm place for 20 minutes.

The dough is divided into approx. 10 pieces and shaped into buns. Put on the plate and now raise for 3 quarters-1 hour. There must be a damp cloth over.

Brush with egg / milk. Bake approx. 12 min. Or until they are golden at 225 degrees C. alm. oven.

The actual raising is important to observe, it is the one and the oil that makes them airy.
