1Bouillon cube
2tbspWheat flour
2tbspMango chutney, strong
2.5dlBoiling water from the meatballs
2.5dlWhipped cream
5dlSemi-skimmed milk
500gSausage, raw 17% fat

Instructions for Buns in Karry II

To prepare the Buns in Karry II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put a pot of water over, add the broth and salt and pepper and a little curry powder. When the water boils, squeeze the mediser into the desired size of the balls to boil for approx. 20 minutes.

The sauce:
Melt the margarine and put the curry in before the butter becomes brown shake then the curry off, then the flour comes in. When this is stirred well, add the milk gradually. The sauce must be cooked all the time. Add the honey and chutney and stir well, come approx. 1/4 liter of water from the balls too and simmer for a couple of minutes add the cream to the cream.

It's important that the sauce has the same flavor to really cheer, the sauce should taste sweet to start with, but then it will be fresh and strong. Cut the tomato and cucumber in the tern and serve to cook the eggs until they are hard-boiled and put them in the sauce together with the balls.
