1tspBaking soda
1Fresh red chili without seeds, chopped into small pieces
1tspSugar
1pinchDried chili
1.5dlMilk
170gWheat flour
50gGrated Parmesan cheese
75gCold butter cut into tren

To prepare the Buns with chilli and parmesan cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and chilli powder together. Add butter and knead it together into a loaf of bread. Turn the parmesan cheese and fresh chilli in. Add milk now and turn it all together with a dough scraper. (Do not be careful and touch too much)

Form the dough with a tablespoon approx. One per bully. Put them on a plate of baking paper and put them in the oven approx. 12 minutes until they are light golden.

Serve them cool and preferably the same day.
