To prepare the Burger buns with bites in recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yeast is poured into lukewarm water. Garlic chopped well and stir in the gluten solution with egg, oil, salt and spices / herbs of your choice (eggs may be omitted). The flour is stirred and the dough is well kneaded (10 minutes in the stirrer approx.). Let the dough raise the cover and stew for half an hour. The dough is merged and shaped into 10 buns pressed flat until you have the desired perimeter on the finished bowl. Leave the balls to add approx. half an hour. Brush the balls with eg. Fried egg, or alternatively sweet chilli sauce stirred with a little soya. Then sprinkle some spices / cloves / coarse salt over as a decorative piece. Pour the balls in a preheated oven at 225 to 250 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
