Ingredients for Burning rice soup

Pepper
Salt
1Bay leaf
1dlSolve rice
1lSoup or boiling water with 2 bouillon cubes
1/2tspHot chilli sauce or cayenne pepper
2Onion
2tbspOil
3cloveGarlic
3Peppers
3-4slicesFrench bread into cubes
4-5Tomatoes or a can of peeled tomatoes

Instructions for Burning rice soup

To prepare the Burning rice soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Mix the rice in and stir well for a few minutes.

Cut the peppers into narrow strips. Pour them in and stir well for approx. 5 minutes.

Add chopped and peeled tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf. Pour the soup. Cover with a lid and simmer the soup for approx. 35 min.

Serve with chilli sauce or cayenne pepper.

Put roasted breadcrumbs in the soup dishes and pour the soup over.

This soup must be strong, but you can use less garlic, chilisovs and cayenne pepper if you want to.
