1tspBicarbonate of soda
1tbspWater
100gIcing sugar
120gButter
2tspVanilla sugar
3.5dlButtermilk
375gWheat flour
4Egg white
450gSugar
6dropsYellow food coloring

Instructions for Buttermilk Cake

To prepare the Buttermilk Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 170 degrees C. alm. oven.

Mix flour, soda and sugar in a bowl and crumble. The butter until the mixture has consistency like grated cheese.

Whip egg whites, vanilla and buttermilk together. Mix approx. Half of the liquid with the dry part and mix it approx. 1 minute. Pour the rest of the liquid in and mix for about 1 minute. Get the cracked lemon peel in.

Scrape the dough into a greased sprint form and bag the cake approx. 45 minutes until it is pierced. Let it cool off on the grid.

Stir flour and water together, stain the icing icing and butter it on the cake. Decorate with pistachios.
