Instructions for Buttermilk horn (without yeast)

To prepare the Buttermilk horn (without yeast) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough that is divided into two spheres, sitting on a cold place, preferably in a refrigerator, a couple of hours. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture.

Each ball rolled out in circular shape, ca. 30 cm. in diameter and is split into 8 triangles, this is done by dividing the circle into 2, then 4 and finally in 8 parts.
