To prepare the Butternut / mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

The butternut is peeled and the kernels are removed. Cut into coarse tern. The potatoes are peeled and halved. Boil in unsalted water to tender. Drain well and mashed / whipped with a whipping whisk. Add a small stick of butter and season with salt.
Gives a very delicious and very nice mash.



tips:
Note: be sure to get enough potatoes in the mixture as the moss otherwise becomes too soft.
