Instructions for Cajun baked potatoes

To prepare the Cajun baked potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees c. alm. oven. Wash the potatoes and bake them in the oven for 1 – 1 ½ hour. Chop the onion and garlic and boil them 5 minutes in chicken broth.

Cut the top of the potatoes with a spoon. Mash the insides with a fork and mix it together with løgblandingen. Creole spices and about half of the creme fraichen. Came the filling back into the potatoes.

Behind the potatoes 5-10 minutes at high heat 275 degrees c. alm. oven for they are lightly golden.

Servers with the rest of the cream and a sprinkle Creole spice fraichen.
