Instructions for Calf chops with cold mustard sauce

To prepare the Calf chops with cold mustard sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the rice as indicated on the package.

Sprinkle the cutlets with mustard and turn them into spices with spices. Stir the chops in the butter for 4-5 min. on every side.

Stir the ingredients to the sauce together and let the sauce pull in the fridge.

Sprinkle the cauliflower into small bouquets and cook them tenderly in salted water for approx. 4 min. Pour the water and cool the cauliflower. Stir a marinade of oil, vinegar and squeezed garlic.
