Instructions for Candy with horseradish
To prepare the Candy with horseradish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the fish in a greased refractory dish. Put tomato slices on drys salt and pepper. Put some butterballs on top of the tomatoes. Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes. At 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Melt the butter and stir the flour. Add broth gradually with stirring. Add lemon juice and horseradish, now the sauce must not boil longer. Season with salt.
Server with potatoes.
