300gWhole-milk plain yogurt
300gVanilleyoghurt
4Leaf gelatin
40gIcing sugar

Instructions for Caramel cream with yogurt

To prepare the Caramel cream with yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

The house blister is softened in cold water.
The yogurt and the flour jelly are stirred together.
The apple juice is warmed up, the soaked house blast is melted in it and it is then stirred in the yogurt.
Fill the mass into 4 cups and cool them for at least 4 hours.
The cream is loosened at the edge with a small knife. The cups are dipped quickly in very hot water and the cream is turned onto plates.
