Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl. Findel the fat in the mixture with your fingers or with a fork. Add sugar and cardamom. Then add the cream and the egg. Stir until it becomes a smooth dough. Grease a stripe and sprinkle it with raspberries. Pour the dough in and behind the cake for about 50 minutes on the middle groove at 200 degrees. Turn the cake on a grate and let it cool under a cloth.
