120gChicken breast (without skin and bones)

To prepare the Caribbean chicken with ginger and star anise recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the ginger, star anise, the whole chicken breasts and font. Let it stand and simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes you let it cool down a bit.
