Instructions for Carolinas pie

To prepare the Carolinas pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop fat and flour together to grind a lot. Add cold water and work the dough together. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Roll the dough onto a floured table. Lay the dough in a round shape with loose bottom, approx. 22 cm in diameter. Squeeze the dough firmly along the edge. Leave the mold cold while preparing the filling.

Stir sugar and fat together. Add the eggs, one at a time, add vanilla sugar in. Stir nuts, raisins and coconut flour in the filling. Pour the filling into the pie shape and behind the pie at 150 degrees for about 45 minutes.
