To prepare the Carrot cake with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip sugar and egg together until it becomes white and foaming. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon and turn it into the pulp with sugar and egg. Add rapeseed oil, nuts, apricots, raisins and carrots and mix the dough uniformly.

Pour the dough into a square shape or a 20-30 cm refractory dish lined with baking paper. Bake the cake at approx. 175 degrees for approx. 50 min. Use a meat pin to follow if the cake is finished. The dough must drop easily.
