1canCoconut milk
1.5cmFresh ginger
2tbspBalsamic vinegar
2Onion
2Red Peppers
2-3cloveGarlic
5dlChicken broth
500gCarrots

Instructions for Carrot soup IIII

To prepare the Carrot soup IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the golden roots, cut them into slices and peppers in the tern. Pil onion and garlic, peel the ginger and chop them roughly.
Bring the vegetables in a pan together with broth and balsamic and boil them tenderly.
Add chilli, honey, lemon juice and coconut milk and blend the soup.
Give the soup a boil, taste with salt and server with creme fraiche and flute.
